Join us for dinner ($7) which will start at 6:30 p.m. in the Main Lobby, followed by the main event (free to all) at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel.

From October 2010 to May 2011, we did a series called "Tough Questions for Men," which features speakers who responded to questions like "Can You Prove that God Exists?", "Does Prayer Really Work?", "How Can I Have More Self Control?", and "The Resurrection of Christ - Hoax or History?" Starting in the October of 2011, First Monday Men will return with a new series for the year! Each event will feature a live band that leads men in worship, a dinner before the event, and a speaker that will address similar kinds of guestions. This is the front door to our men's ministry, which features over 25 small groups thorought the year, so we invite you to join us in the fall, and watch for the family events over the summer that men can participate in with their families.
In past years, First Monday Men has featured G. Cobb and Mike Reichenbach, former Philadelphia Eagles players, an exclusive video interview with Bono from U2, Paul David Tripp, a parenting expert, Dan Cathy, President/CFO of Chick-fil-A, and a dialogue with a Rabbi, a Muslim Imam and a Christian Pastor. If you would like to receive an email invitation to the next First Monday Men event, chick here and let Paul Clough, Pastor of Christ Community Church's Men's Ministry, know about your interest. It's great for any guy who wants to know more about God in a friendly setting, with speakers and topics that are relevant for the kind of lives we lead.
